Dr. Marija Treneva
Dr. Marija Treneva is a physician and research associate at the Department of Anaesthesiology, Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Alongside her medical career, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, broadening her expertise in healthcare systems, leadership and organizational development.
Dr. Treneva is also a board member of the Association of Macedonian Doctors and Dentists in Germany.
For more than ten years, Dr. Treneva has been actively engaged in international service and professional networks, including as a member of Rotary International and Lions Clubs International. This long-standing involvement has strengthened her commitment to social responsibility, international exchange and cooperation across professional and cultural boundaries.
As Founder and President of ZemaF e.V., Dr. Treneva established the organization to create a strong platform for women of Macedonian origin, connecting individuals, professionals and institutions and fostering opportunities for participation, professional development and meaningful collaboration.
Her vision for ZemaF e.V. is to build lasting bridges between North Macedonia, Germany and the wider international community, while strengthening cooperation in healthcare, education, professional development and civil society.
Dr. Irena Bojarovska
Dr. rer. nat. Irena Bojarovska is an applied mathematician with a PhD from Technische Universität Berlin. She works as an Applied Scientist at Zalando SE and has been a mathematics lecturer at Lyzeum 2. e.V. She is the administrator of the Facebook group Makedonier in Berlin with over 5,000 members, as well as the Instagram page berlin.mk.edition. She has been organizing events in the Macedonian community in Berlin for many years and is a co-organizer of the AI+Var meetup for Macedonian data scientists and AI enthusiasts. She is also a mother of three and speaks five languages.
Dr. Simona Dimchevska Sazdovska
Dr. Simona Dimchevska Sazdovska holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences and is a specialist in pharmaceutical technology with ten years of experience as a teaching and research associate and academic researcher in the field of pharmaceutical technology and nanobiotechnology. She has published more than 15 papers in renowned scientific journals. She is also a mother and speaks four languages.
Tatjana Bonnet
Tatjana Bonnet is a film producer, screenwriter and researcher based in Berlin with Macedonian roots. She is the founder and Managing Director of Rafkin Film Produktion GmbH and has more than 20 years of experience in the international film industry.
Enis Hilmi
Enis Hilmi was born in Ohrid and studied Philosophy and Administrative Sciences at Boğaziçi University in Istanbul. She is the author of several books and divides her time between Ohrid and Berlin.
